The Role / ポジションについて

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with the Beatrust Product Team to create high-quality UI and UX in an ever-changing environment. You will be expected to collaborate with lead UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-friendly designs as well.

At Beatrust, we have decided to introduce a product for large companies and enterprises with thousands to tens of thousands of employees, and we are at the point where our business will begin to expand in earnest.

In this process, the UI/UX designer works with the lead UI/UX designer to identify the problems and possibilities that Beatrust products can solve, and to generate ideas for providing engaging experiences for users. Please actively expand your own knowledge and experience by exploring possible designs that will fascinate and excite users not only in Japan but around the world.

As a UI/UX designer, my work includes not only creating design assets, but also concept designing new ideas, documenting design components, and creating and updating company design materials.

その中で、UI/UX デザイナーはリード UI/UX デザイナーと共に、Beatrust のプロダクトが解決できる課題とその可能性を見極め、ユーザーに魅力的な体験を提供するためのアイデアを生み出します。日本だけでなく世界のユーザーを魅了し、ワクワクさせる実現可能なデザインを探求し、自分自身の知識や経験を積極的に広げていってください。

UI/UX デザイナーとしての業務は、デザインアセットの作成だけでなく、新しいアイデアのコンセプトデザイン、デザインコンポーネントのドキュメント化、企業のデザインマテリアルの作成・更新も業務範囲とします。

求めるスキルと経験

Minimum qualifications

  • Be able to take on any challenge flexibly / 柔軟に何にでも挑戦できる人
  • Be able to express themselves proactively / 積極的で自分から発言・行動できる人
  • Over 3 years of experience in web application design / 3 年以上の Webアプリケーションのデザイン経験（Webサイトではなく）
  • Experience in creating low-fidelity & high-fidelity wireframes / ワイヤーフレームの制作経験（低忠実度および高忠実度）
  • Experience in user research / ユーザー調査の経験ある方
  • Experience in incorporating user feedback into design output / ユーザーフィードバックをデザインのアウトプットに反映した経験
  • Experience in using design-related tools such as Figma & Adobe / デザイン関連ツールの使用経験（例：Figma、Adobe 関連ソフトウェア）
  • English communication skills / 英語によるコミュニケーション能力
  • Experience in collaborating with engineers and product managers in application development / アプリケーション開発におけるエンジニアやプロダクトマネージャーとの協働経験

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in participating in product specification discussions actively / 製品仕様の議論に積極的に参加し、UI/UXデザインを提案した経験
  • Capability to design with an understanding of the structure, advantages, and constraints of web technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, API) / Webの技術（HTML/CSS、JavaScript、API）の構造や利点、制約を理解したうえでデザインできること
  • Experience in building a design system / デザインシステムの構築経験
  • Experience in the design and development of mobile native applications / モバイル、ネイティブアプリの設計、開発経験
  • Japanese communication skills / 日本語によるコミュニケーション能力
  • Professional experience in a multicultural environment using English / 英語を使用した、多文化環境での業務経験

  • Responsible for the design of Beatrust products and output for users throughout the design process, providing high-quality proposals that include conceptual and abstract visions. / デザインプロセス全体を通じて、Beatrust のプロダクトやユーザーに届くアウトプットのデザインを担当し、概念的・抽象的なビジョンを含んだ、質の高い提案
  • Improve design quality through effective presentations and collaborate with engineers to implement designs / 効果的なプレゼンテーションを行うことでデザイン品質を向上させ、エンジニアと協力しながらデザインの実装
  • Continuous product reviews in line with product function and output requirement definitions, centered on the lead UI/UX designer, through close communication with product managers and development engineers. / リード UI/UX デザイナーを中心に、プロダクトマネージャーや開発エンジニアと密にコミュニケーションを通し、プロダクト機能やアウトプットの要件定義に沿った継続的なプロダクトレビュー
  • Understand and analyze the voices of clients and product users, and create designs that lead to better product growth. / クライアントやプロダクト利用者の声を理解、分析し、より良いプロダクトの成長へつながるデザインの構築
  • Designing scalable design systems for desktop and mobile environments / デスクトップ及びモバイルの利用環境において、スケール可能なデザインシステムの設計
