You will lead Beatrust's recruitment in order to bring top-class domestic and international talent into Beatrust. We are particularly looking for someone who can lead the recruitment of engineers.
About the job
We are looking for Beatrust's first full-time recruiter who will be responsible for the overall recruiting of talent for the company.
Beatrust has over 25 employees and is actively recruiting for the rapid expansion of its business and organization. Beatrust would like to add top-class talents to its team.
The position of Recruiter is responsible for formulating recruitment strategies and day-to-day operational tasks.
In particular, the hiring of engineers is extremely important, and we expect recruiters to lead the hiring of engineers, working with internal engineers and external partners as well.
The ability to draw insights from analytics to refine the hiring process and make it more friendly and efficient is also important.
We believe this is an attractive position for those who enjoy communicating with people, have a strong global orientation, and find it exciting to execute challenging tasks while building relationships with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- 3 years of experience in full-cycle engineering recruiting or a similar role
- Empathy with Beatrust's vision and mission and the ability to verbalize it
- Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently
- Ability to build and drive the recruitment process
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred qualifications
- Recruitment experience in global markets
- Experience leading recruitment public relations
- Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships across the business
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as a business partner

- Responsible for the full-cycle engineering recruiting and hire the people we need
- Build good relationships with leading national and international engineering candidates
- Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute effective recruitment measures
- Provide a high-quality experience to our candidates from application to hiring
